A new study published by the Medical Journal BMJ show that having a sugary drink everyday can increase your overall risk for cancer by nearly 20%.

Based on research study from more than 100,000 adults, a small glass of a sugary drink per day or nearly a third of a can of soda can also increase your risk for breast cancer by 22%.
