Dre Kirkpatrick's Shopping Spree in Gadsden
Former Tide player turned pro, Dre Kirkpatrick returned to Gadsden today to give back to his community. Kirkpatrick’s foundation “21 Kids” hosted its annual back to school shopping spree for 31 local children. The group began early this morning at Shoe Carnival. From there, they went to Old Navy to try on clothing. Kirkpatrick, a Gadsden City High School graduate, said he loves seeing the kids from his community so happy.
Kirkpatrick said after this event, he heads back to continue practicing next week for his role as cornerback with the Cincinnati Bengals.
