Lee County Man Wanted on Possible Homicide of Siblings


The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted for questioning regarding a double homicide investigation in East Alabama. Aaron Flynn Gess is a person of interest in an active homicide investigation that occurred Sunday in the Notasulga Community of Lee County.

Two siblings, William and Sharron Gess, were found dead in a home. Authorities say that Gess has a history of mental illness and has made threats to resist attempts to arrest him. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. Gess is believed to be in a grey Kia Optima with an Alabama plate reading 46AT885.
