Participating agencies included Gadsden Police Department, Sardis, Attalla, Rainbow City, the District Attorney’s office, and more.

During the roundup, agencies served as many warrants related to, but not limited to, domestic violence crimes, non-support, restraining order violations, child abuse crimes, and more. As of earlier today, 65 warrants were served including four felonies, 61 misdemeanors, and 6 collateral warrants. A total of 27 bodies were arrested as a result of this domestic violence roundup.

Sheriff Horton says there are a total of 330 sub-warrants that will be served before the domestic violence roundup is completed.
