Man Fires Gun Over Loud Children in Daphne

A south Alabama man is accused of pulling a gun and firing a shot because some children in his apartment complex were being too loud. Police say it happened Saturday night. They heard a gunshot while they were responding to the apartment complex in Daphne.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but police did take the man with the gun into custody.
