Severe Flooding in Fort Payne After Heavy Storms

This is what many people in the Dekalb County town of Fort Payne awoke to this morning. Emergency Management officials say flooding issues near Big Wills Creek shut down multiple roads, and as you can see, many businesses are left waiting for water to recede.
