Football Team Preview: Hokes Bluff

Our high school football team previews continue with Hokes Bluff. The Eagles are coming off a seven-win season, but most notably the program said goodbye to a history-making group of seniors. The class included four-year starting running back Darrian Meads who rushed for over 6,000 career yards and was named an all-state selection multiple times. The Eagles also lost quarterback Ashton Gulledge who led the offense to over 30 points per game on average over the last three seasons. However Coach Mike Robertson says they left behind great lessons in leadership for the returning group. [Hear from Coach Robertson on the Class of 2020 as well as the move from Class 4A to Class 3A in the featured video]
