Remote Work Not Hurting Productivity
A new survey found working from home during the pandemic is not hurting productivity. The study from the firm Mercer included nearly 800 U.S employers. It found more than 90% of employers reported productivity at the same level or higher than before the pandemic began. 83% of bosses say even after the crisis is over, they plan to keep flexible work policies in place, such as allowing more people to work from home.
