Kenneth Whitmore and Madalynn Harper of Gadsden were both arrested in Cherokee County on Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia. Whitmore and Harper were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center and released on $3,000 bond each.
